
GROUP THERAPY
At Healing Hearts we believe that we need community. Healing in connection is important.
Group therapy offers a supportive space to learn and practice recovery strategies, build interpersonal skills, and reinforce and develop social support networks. It can be sued to treat emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and more.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Group therapy reminds us that we are not alone in our struggles.
Within a safe and guided environment, participants share their experiences, offer encouragement, and learn from others on similar paths. This shared experience helps reduce shame, build trust, and create a sense of belonging that can be deeply healing.
Each group is carefully structured to meet the needs of its members, whether focused on managing anxiety, processing trauma, or developing emotional resilience. Led by experienced therapists, sessions are designed to balance open discussion, skill-building, and emotional support.
