Check In With Yourself
One of the simplest yet most powerful acts of care is self-awareness. Take a moment right now to pause, breathe deeply, and notice:
How am I really feeling?
Where do I feel tension in my body?
What do I need most today — rest, connection, nourishment, or movement?
